Recreation Area
A walking access area on the riverside for fishing, picnics, school groups, and local gatherings. The riverside upstream from the bridge has a sheltered back-eddy providing a safe take-out area for kayaks and rafts, and for swimming in hot weather. Vehicle movements will be controlled to prevent damage to the riverbank and the park grounds.
